You asked for it, now you’ve got it! While the cookbook is still simmering on the back burner Chef Susan is excited to be able to create a recipe file in the website. Here you will find recipes you might have asked for in the past or seasonally-inspired recipes from the chef. New postings will be sporadic at first but hopefully will settle into a monthly rhythm. Older postings will be available in the archive section. We welcome your comments and recipe requests but please be aware that not everything you love at West Town Tavern is easily converted into a recipe you can make at home.
